Remember when I said we made enough steak and chicken for other meals? Well, I used that tonight. The extra cooked beef became beef stroganoff--I had an onion and mushrooms leftover to use as well. So, a little planning and taking stock of what's on hand can make a difference.
I made homemade cranberry scones last night as well, for a pitch-in for a celebration of Daughter #1's performance this morning. Yummy!
