I am proud to say that I started to follow my dream in 2011 with the start of this blog, and my ever-so-humble pies. I look forward to continuing and expanding my interest and love of cooking in 2012! As it is the last night of 2011, we are honoring that moment with "party tray" and movies. My consultants, Daughter #1 and #2 were pivotal in choosing each course for the night. We've finished the cheese and cured meats portion of the evening (which means, we had cheeseball--Daughter #1's fave--and summer sausage--Daughter #2's fave).
We are moving on to semi-homemade spinach dip, followed by a feast of processed foods courtesy of our fave Kroger store freezer section, dubbed many years ago as "Frozenville" by Hubby-Bubs!
We will rightfully kick off 2012 tomorrow with corned beef to give us good luck in the year to come. And please continue to check in for more healthy, delicious, homemade, "real" recipes from Duffy's Kitchen --I'm already making my menus!
